Dr. Meena Sood has spent the last seventeen years
working in both Hospital Medicine and General Practice.
She maintains a part-time commitment to General Practice, being responsible
for the design and development of the Portfolio of Healthcare
Consultancy Services provided by The Vale. She qualified in 1991 from Leicester University Medical
School and
completed her training in General Practice in 1998.
Her particular area of
professional interest lies in the balance between physical, emotional
and mental health and well-being.
She aims to take a holistic approach to health, believing we all
need to be treated as the individuals that we are. She believes health
and well-being involve an interplay of factors
and feels that both conventional medicine and complementary therapies
have their place in this picture.
She is fully registered
with the General Medical Council and a member of the British Medical
Association.
Mr. John C. Hopkinson comes from a background
originally based in Finance and Management Accounting.
His experience and training has led him to work in both Project
Management and Operational Management Systems Design and Development;
with over 15 years professional experience to date - skills which are
invaluable in Business Consultancy.
His involvement
as a senior official within Professional Motorsport, has provided him
with extensive experience in the Management of a diverse
team of individuals, within a high pressure environment.
In 1999 and 2000, he was
under contract to ISSC (NV) as the Race Director for the
FIA Formula Chrysler Euro Series, and in 2001 was appointed
Part Time Event Director for 4x4 Motorsport Ltd
'Central to the
provision of these Services is our belief that all Clients have
individual needs and unique requirements. This necessitates a personal
approach, which requires significant investment in time and quality.
This is often a difficult combination to provide adequately, within the
narrow constraints of most conventional Healthcare &
Management settings.'
