Dr. Meena Sood has spent the last seventeen years working in both Hospital Medicine and General Practice. She maintains a part-time commitment to General Practice, being  responsible for the design and development of the Portfolio of Healthcare Consultancy Services provided by The Vale. She qualified in 1991 from Leicester University Medical School and completed her training in General Practice in 1998.

Her particular area of professional interest lies in the balance between physical, emotional and mental health and well-being.  She aims to take a holistic approach to health, believing we all need to be treated as the individuals that we are. She believes health and well-being involve an interplay of factors and feels that both conventional medicine and complementary therapies have their place in this picture.

She is fully registered with the General Medical Council and a member of the British Medical Association.

Mr. John C. Hopkinson comes from a background originally based in Finance and Management Accounting. His experience and training has led him to work in both Project Management and Operational Management Systems Design and Development; with over 15 years professional experience to date - skills which are invaluable in Business Consultancy.

His  involvement as a senior official within Professional Motorsport, has provided him with extensive experience in the Management of  a diverse team of individuals, within a high pressure environment.

In 1999 and 2000, he was under contract to ISSC (NV) as the Race Director for the FIA Formula Chrysler Euro Series, and in 2001 was appointed Part Time Event Director for 4x4 Motorsport Ltd

'Central to the provision of these Services is our belief that all Clients have individual needs and unique requirements. This necessitates a personal approach, which requires significant investment in time and quality. This is often a difficult combination to provide adequately, within the narrow constraints of most conventional Healthcare & Management settings.'
